Combat (and related)

  • All NPC damage caps have been removed, NPC's that used damage caps to set them as invulnerable have now been replaced with the invulnerable hit splat type and all damage will be set to 0;
  • Damage cap has now been added to the Player instead. The Player's damage cap is now 1000, 1200 if attack was a critical hit, and 1500 if that hit was critical and the player is wearing an activated Erethdor's Grimoire filled with pages;
  • Forced critical hits against other Players will now deal 66-100% of Player's maximum damage instead of the regular 95-100% against NPC's (fix);
  • All temporarily activated equipment items will now be disabled on death (grimoire's, good books, etc.);
  • Sticky bombs will now work for Yakamaru & Solak stun mechanics;
  • Bolas stun chance is now 1/5 against players, and 100% against NPC's;
  • Legio Quartus's pull mechanic will no longer 'lock' you in place;

Solak

  • The Treeman himself is now available to fight in the Lost Grove;
  • All of his mechanics have been implemented as closely to Runescape as possible with the Pre-EoC combat limitations in place;
  • Solak can drop a brand new pair of Range weapons - the Blightbound Crossbows, which are tier 92 weapons;
  • The new crossbows can now be dyed, augmented, and repaired using any of the existing coin repair mechanics;
  • Solak can also drop a brand new pocket slot item - the Erethdor's Grimoire (token);
  • The token version is trade-able, and when used will unlock the Grimoire's off-hand Magic cosmetic along with the Grimoire item itself with additional 3,000 charges;
  • While equipped and active, the Grimoire raises your critical damage cap from 1200 to 1500 using 1 charge IF the damage you dealt was above 1200. It can be re-charged with Grimoire pages, available as a drop from either Solak himself, or any of the Lost Grove Slayer creatures;
  • If you defeat Solak 1,000 times, Merethiel will gift you her 'Perdita' companion pet;

Grand Exchange

  • Fixed an issue where the Grand Exchange would not apply tax to existing sell offers;
  • The Grand Exchange will now always try to find the cheapest buy offer for the item you're trying to purchase;

Liberation of Mazcab

  • Yakamaru: CPR will no longer 'lock' the player in an animation stall;
  • Yakmaru: players drowning in quick-sand will now be able to be saved normally if Yakamaru phases pools;

Miscellaneous changes

  • When a hint/map marker is displayed, you'll now be able to right-click the world map and clear it instantly rather than opening the world map and clearing it that way;
  • Added Liberation of Mazcab and Solak portal options to Wars Retreat and Combat Portal at Prifddinas;
  • Removed shield cosmetic override checks, you may now use any shield override with any off-hand item;

Fixes

  • Teleporting to the Wilderness Volcano via Lodestone network will now properly close the lodestone interface;
  • Equipping degradable items that degrade when equipped through the Bank will now change their version accordingly;
  • Having a shield equipped with no main-hand will now once again correctly negate stuns;
  • Fixed an issue with items that have special attributes (ie. POF Animals) to now function correctly in the trade window when selecting multiple;
  • You will no longer be able to Provoke NPC's while physically not being able to reach them;
  • Emile Babysitter at Player-owned Farms will now show up in the options dialogue correctly;
  • Re-spawning Legio's using additional keys after one has been defeated will now properly reset their stages.
